My JOURNEYDANCE™ Story...

Rachel Frank, MEd, has been teaching various forms of music and movement since 2006. Early that summer, when visiting Kripalu: Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge Massachusetts, Rachel began taking Journey Dance™ classes taught by founder Toni Bergins.

Over the next five years, Rachel drove from NYC to Kripalu as much as possible, hungry for the strength, freedom and power that Journey Dance brought her. And in the summer of 2012, Rachel completed a series of workshops to get her certification to teach Journey Dance™.

Rachel brings her inspiration from Kripalu and and deep connection to NYC – where people often feel unconnected and are looking for a way to unwind. As a mom of two young children, Rachel understands the need for balance as well as the hardships of raising a family in NYC. Within her own community of neighbors and friends, Rachel has succeeded in creating an outlet – for which her students can check bad days at the door and leave feeling a sense of power, conviction and healing.

Praise for Toni

What energy!  What fun!  What utter bliss!  Toni's work energizes and connects me to Self with a capital "S."
